Basic Life Support (BLS) provider course:

BLS is the foundation for saving lives after cardiac arrest. The BLS instructor-led course teaches both single rescuer and team basic life support skills with a focus on high quality CPR.

BLS is the foundation for saving lives after cardiac arrest. The BLS instructor-led course teaches both single rescuer and team basic life support skills with a focus on high quality CPR.
Course Structure:
The BLS HeartCode Program consists of two mandatory components:
Part 1: HeartCode BLS Online Learning Module
* Self-paced interactive e-learning program
* Must be completed before attending the classroom session
Part 2: Instructor-Led Skills Session
* Hands-on practical training conducted at the TNAI Training Centre
* Participants must bring their online course completion certificate to attend the skills session.
Learning Objectives:
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- Perform high-quality CPR for Adults, Children, and Infants
- Operate and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Apply effective ventilation techniques
- Understand and implement the Chain of Survival
- Demonstrate effective team dynamics during resuscitation
- Manage foreign-body airway obstruction (choking emergencies)
Course requirements:
- Registration and payment to be done 3 weeks prior to the course.
- Candidates will receive e-books prior the course.
- Every participant should have a valid email id on the day of the course for online registration.
- BLS Provider Cards will be issued to the candidate who have successfully completed the theory and skills test with the score of 84%.
Training Details
- Duration: Half Day (½ Day)
- Training Methodology: Interactive self-paced online learning,Video-based instruction, Hands-on practice using mannequins, Instructor-guided skills training.

- Online theory assessment
- Offline practical skills assessment

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Provider course:

ACLS is designed for health care provider who participates in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardio-vascular emergencies.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Provider course:
ACLS is designed for health care provider who participates in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardio-vascular emergencies.
ACLS Course objectives:
- Apply the BLS, primary and secondary assessment sequences for a systematic evaluation of adult patients.
- Perform high quality BLS including early chest compressions and early use of AED.
- Recognise and management of respiratory arrest.
- Early recognition and management of ACS, Stroke, arrhythmias and cardiac arrest.
- Recognize the ECG rhythms
- Drugs and doses used in ACLS algorithms
- Recognize the impact of team dynamics on overall team performance
- Usefulness of rapid response team or medical emergency team.
Course requirements:
- Registration, payment to be done 3 weeks prior to the course
- Candidates will receive e-books prior the course.
- A Candidate is required to study the E-book thoroughly before attending the course.
- The ACLS Provider E-Card will be issued to the candidate who have successfully completed the theory and skills test with the score of 84%.
Elements of Advanced Cardiac Life Support provider course:
- Duration of Training – 2 day
- Batch Strength – 12-24 participants
- Training Methodology – it is a video assisted course which will be taught by using mannequins, training videos, case scenarios and team dynamics.
- Method of evaluation – Online Pre-test, Post-test and practical exam.
Fee Structure

Credit hours: TNAI awarding 4 Credits (20 hours) for ACLS provider course
Reporting Time of the course is 8:30 AM
